Due to the perishable nature of plants, we generally do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Razorpay) within 5-7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Sale items, gift cards, and custom orders are final and non-refundable.
